A membership of over 150 women whose common interest is art and supporting the arts. We had a two-day agenda filled extravaganza that took us to museums and private collections where we spoke with curators and collectors. To get the insight on an exhibit or the reasoning behind a life pursuit of amassing a collection is both inspirational and educational. Documenting this photograph as a press item is my way of saying trips like this should be in the news and the exploration of a passion is critical to the development of our culture.
Hot off the press we explored, we learned and we left more enriched then we started. An interesting dinner we went around the table giving the highlights of the day which was an old fashioned way of storytelling that bonds and informs.
