Oct 19th, 2020 My travel is truly been in Canada and in fact, Ontario since March 15, 2020 so I explore the world through materiality. A perfect place to do this is at Ciot Stone where I can wander the aisles with Raffaelle and pick exotic stones throughout the world giving me many visuals delights. This particular stone we are using in a penthouse condo in Toronto as the filed material. It is bold and timeless all at once, not an easy feat.
Oct 12th, 2020 2020 is moving faster than expected. This photo shoot with David Drebin at the restaurant, Harbour 60 seems like a lifetime ago. The blur of time is something to behold and try to capture. I have fond memories of the day and the images are instilled in my mind. This campaign was used to celebrate the new renovations that we had completed, having designed and built the restaurant the last night prior to opening was with the owner as Greek music was played and we sipped wine admiring the creation.
Oct 5th, 2020 After ten years of working like a Rock Star it is time for Claudia to go and make her own little bundle of joy. This exquisite little wooden bench with lamb’s wool is the perfect seating for a newborn. This lovely gift was hand delivered by South Hill Home and all wrapped in gold. It is the relationship’s that we form that make our daily lives just so much better. A true little Sheep!

Flock wallpaper was originally produced with woollen cloth waste in a powered form to give that luxurious feel. The layering can never be too much set up structure and personalize. Sep 7th, 2020 It is the Fall and we are completing a project time to light it up. This photo reminds me of Roberto Polidori, the photographer, the orange ladder in contrast to the lacquered white cabinets with mahogany frames inserted with mirror. The modern lights going in in the ceiling recessed in the cabinetry and the decorative lights have a shade of bluey grey awaiting the full bulbs. The finish of a site must be done in a clean state and with care. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel, finally.
Aug 24th, 2020 Photography as art can give you many different moods and responses. We are working on a bay side condo that has soft light and white walls. To inspire the images of relaxed beauty a large driftwood colour wooden frame will complete this image. In contrast a high lacquered frame would heighten the stare: use the framing of art to entice.
Aug 17th, 2020 Summer 2020 is not the year to travel except in our own back yard. Family, friends in our bubble and lovely meals was the medicine of the Lake House. On this particular day we had a Co-vid Concert with the band called The Spoons with social distancing and masks. In usual style it rained and the wind blew but we all did our thing listening to the music, sheltering from the elements and going from 2Pm onwards to the evening. A day to remember.
